Michael is a Partner in the Columbus office of Flannery|Georgalis LLC and is an experienced criminal trial attorney and civil litigator with a focus on sensitive criminal matters, government and corporate internal investigations, and federal regulatory and enforcement actions.

Before joining F|G, Michael served for 18 years as a Deputy Criminal Chief and Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Offices for the Southern District of Ohio and the District of Columbia in Washington D.C. and was a law clerk for the Hon. John R. Fisher on the District of Columbia Court of Appeals from 2005-2006.

Michael is a graduate of the Cleveland Marshall College of Law (J.D., 2003), and The Ohio State University (B.A., Criminology, 1999).

Michael is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, COAJ, and National Association of Assistant United States Attorneys.
