Jessica is a Partner at Abdnour Weiker where she has zealously advocated for students and families for the last three years. She represents students in both K-12 and higher education with a variety of education-related matters including K12 suspensions/expulsions, bullying and harassment, College Code of Conduct, Academic Misconduct, grade and dismissal appeals, Title IX, and more. While she is often assisting families through the school’s administrative processes, she also has experience in filing Complaints and assisting clients in mediation through the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights.

Jessica is a proud Buckeye, graduating summa cum laude with a double major in Criminology and Sociology from The Ohio State University in 2018. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Capital University Law School in 2021.

Jessica volunteers for the firm’s Special Education Legal Clinic and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association. When not advocating for her clients, Jessica enjoys spending time with her dog, Kaya.
